Day 1 of the 12 week program I am doing. It's called TRX FORCE. A total body workout integrating functional strength and mobility to make you stronger, faster and more durable. This is the first time my entire training is working on the TRX. It is tough but I felt so good and proud after. I could not believe what my body is capable of. The toughest one for me is the SPIDERMAN PUSH-UP. I don't sweat easily but with this one I was sweating buckets. After my workout, I fed my muscles with Isalean Pro. Awesome drink! Fitness Competitions
For me to stay consistent with eating healthy and working out, I have to have a some kind of challenge or goal. Last year, I thought of running a half marathon. I successfully finished strong with my son, sister, brother-in-law and friends last January. It was so much fun. We did the Tinkerbell Half Marathon 2014 in Disney. This year too I am running with my husband the Rock'n'Roll Half Marathon in October. But I am seduced to trying something different. I have been contemplating on joining a fitness competition. Right now I find it very interesting. So, I am in the process of researching about how it goes. This is why I created this blog. I want to document and share my journey as it will hold me accountable and will help me focus on my goal.
