Day 1 of the 12 week program I am doing. It's called TRX FORCE. A total body workout integrating functional strength and mobility to make you stronger, faster and more durable. This is the first time my entire training is working on the TRX. It is tough but I felt so good and proud after. I could not believe what my body is capable of. The toughest one for me is the SPIDERMAN PUSH-UP. I don't sweat easily but with this one I was sweating buckets. After my workout, I fed my muscles with Isalean Pro. Awesome drink!
