Weight Lifting

After  trying different workouts, I finally realized weight lifting is best for me for now. I have set my mind to body building. If things go well, I may be on my way to entering into a BIKINI MODEL COMPETITION. For now I am in the process of disciplining myself. Eating clean the best way possible. Creating a workout plan that will shred fat and build lean muscles. First 21 days will be a challenge but crucial to making it a habit then a lifestyle. I am surrounding myself with inspiration and motivation that will lead to success.
